Bachelor of Science in Business - Organizational Leadership Major

The Organizational Leadership major focuses on organizational behavior, psychology, and leadership.  It is designed for the individual planning to work in an area such as first line supervision, human resource management, team leadership, marketing, or church- or service-related positions which might require more "people skills" and less "financial skills".  It should also provide an excellent background for Masters level programs in management and leadership.

Component 1 - General Education Requirements

To help keep your educational experience broad enough to deal with the reality of the real world marketplace, this degree requires that you complete a series of General Education Courses.  These courses include:
