Jacob Kaufman (Chairman of the Fine Arts Department) works both has completed a master’s of arts degree from Bethel Seminary in Christian Thought. He is currently working on his doctorate of worship studies at the Robert Webber Institute of Worship Studies. Some courses taught by Prof. Kaufman include Practical Theology of Worship Studies, Music History III, Songwriting Lab, and private Guitar Lessons. Being a McPherson Kansas Native, Jacob and his family enjoy the simplistic life of Midwest living. If not working, one might see Mr. Kaufman at church, fishing, or listening to vinyl records.
