Two Year Career Entry Programs

Central Christian College maintains two year and career entry programs in the Sports Science Department to provide for the needs of our students.  Students who complete the two year Associate in Arts degree will find an easy transition into one of our four year Bachelor of Science Degrees (Exercise Science, Sports Management or Liberal Studies).

Physical Education

The education program is designed for the student to receive the first two years towards a degree to teach physical education and/or coach.  The student may then transfer to Tabor College to fulfill requirements for certification in compliance with the Kansas Department of Education. In addition to majoring in physical education, it is also possible to begin a minor in another academic area.

Pre-Physical Therapy

In physical therapy, students are offered an occupation where therapists strive for patient improvement both physically and psychologically.  This field is highly competitive academically and requires a strong academic background and grade point average.  At Central, students take math and science courses as well as general education.
