Each year, the Alumni Association chooses a project to improve Central’s campus. Recent projects alumni have funded include:

• Campus technology including smart boards and a campus wide emergency notification system
• New furniture for the Tiger Den
• Renovations to the bathrooms in Parsons Hall
• New Curtain on the stage in Greer Auditorium

The 2012-13 alumni project will put new lights and a new converter box (that allows the new lighting system to communicate with the old lights, too) in Greer Auditorium, improving the lighting for chapel and other productions. The original lighting was installed in Greer Auditorium in 1988. Greer Auditorium is located in the Wesley Black Fine Arts Building which hosts numerous College events, community events and many meetings each year. The goal is to raise $15,000 to begin installing new lights and the converter box for Greer Auditorium.
