“We believe in our first responders and can never say thank you enough,” says Central Christian College President, Hal Hoxie, “I hope the folks serving us see there are many Americans who appreciate their personal sacrifice.”

"Special thanks to Central Christian College for putting on today's event, for the recognition they offer, and for celebrating all local first responders in this way. We are honored," says McPherson Police Chief Robert McClarty.

The event was hosted by Central Christian College of Kansas and sponsored by area individuals and businesses, including: Mayor Tom Brown, Farmers Alliance, Peoples Bank and Trust, Citizens State Bank, Hedlund Electric, McPherson Concrete, LSI Staffing, and Tom & Gail Greco (Central Christian College).
