Education students observe in local schools this month

11-Jan-2016

Central Christian College’s Education Department is deploying twenty-three of their education majors into area schools to observe, participate and assistant teach in elementary and high school classrooms.  During the month of January, the 14 students enrolled in Introduction to Education will be traveling between McPherson and Wichita to experience culturally diverse and small town classrooms as they begin their journey into the field of education.  Additionally, nine Juniors and Seniors will be serving as assistant teachers in the Buhler and McPherson District during their January placements.  The education department is excited and appreciative of the districts’ willingness to host our students and allow them the opportunity to observe the excellent elementary, middle & high school teachers we have in the area.
