Article by Jeremy Nelson

Kansas City, MO – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced their Division II men's and women's basketball 2014-2015 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes. The Central Christian College men's and women's basketball programs were each represented on the NAIA's Scholar-Athlete lists.

The Tiger men were represented by Dustin Rojas, a 6'0 senior guard from El Paso, Texas. The women were represented by Libby Anderson, a 5'6 junior guard from Ringwood, Okla., Ciara Alderson, a 5'9 junior forward from Nickerson, Kan., and Raven Void, a 5'5 senior guard from Little Elm, Texas.

In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status.
