Central Christian College can offer you one of the most competitive financial aid packages for an accredited private Christian College.  We are able to do this through our generous academic scholarships and our competitive tuition rates.  At Central, 97% of all students receive financial aid.  We offer a wide range of resources for students through federal, institutional, state, and private funds.

We offer personal financial aid counseling and an extensive pre-packaging program in conjunction with our admissions staff.  Whether you are visiting campus, calling in, our completing information on the web (Financial Aid Estimated Package), we will construct an early financial aid package for you before the spring Financial Aid Award Letters are sent out.  We want you to be informed about your financial aid resources and the bottom line cost to attend Central Christian College.

The Financial Aid office at Central Christian College of Kansas maintains three priorities:
 

Personalized Financial Aid Counseling is the number one priority of the financial aid office at Central Christian College of Kansas.  This includes offering pre-packaging estimates, assistance in completing forms, and assistance with understanding deadlines for financial aid filing and processing.        
  		Complete an on-line financial information worksheet and receive a Financial Aid Estimated Package



Accurate and Timely Payment of Awards to each student's account in the business office is the second priority of the financial aid office at Central Christian College of Kansas.  The financial aid office and the business office have created high levels of inter-departmental communication in order to assist all students in the crediting of awards to their billing accounts.   Student deadlines for filing for aid have been established to assist the student and the financial aid office in meeting timely payments to the student's account.   Important Dates and Deadlines 
 
March 1st Priority Date to receive FAFSA
April 1st Kansas Deadline for State Aid
Month of March Paperwork collection month
April and May FA Award Letters are sent out with Stafford Loan Application
Month of June Payment Letters are sent out
September Start of Fall Semester
October 1st Final Deadline for awards to be paid



Personalized Payment Counseling is the third priority of the financial aid office at Central Christian College of Kansas.  It is our priority to provide counsel to each student regarding all payment options and collection procedures of the business office.  This includes helping the student understand the effects of changes in enrollment and withdrawing from school.
