Curious Faith!  Something peculiar, different, something deserving of investigation, something decidedly unsettling. 

Have you ever wondered what your life and the lives of those around you might look like if we truly and sincerely opened ourselves to the life changing message of the gospel?  How would that openness change you?  How would you live differently?  How would you approach each day? 

If you are anything like me you have probably asked those questions and added an additional “What would I have to change or give up?” or “What would I lose?”

This year we are going to be challenged to live a Curious Faith, to live a life surrendered and open to the life changing message of the Gospel.  How will your life change?  I honestly do not know, but I believe that a life fully surrendered undergoes both a subtle and sometimes radical transformations into the likeness of Christ.  When we live lives fully surrendered we receive Godly hope and perspective that alters who we are and gives hope and perspective to those around us.  When we live a curious, peculiar, different faith, one worthy of investigation, one that is unsettling, we begin to see our world change in both subtle and radical way for Jesus.

Can we develop this sort of Curious Faith?
