Our team is ready to help you discover just how much aid you might qualify for from State and Federal agencies.

You may qualify for one or more of the following:

  • $6,500 – Pell Grant
  • $3,000 – Kansas Comprehensive Grant
  • $750 – SEOG
  • $2,000 – Unsubsidized Loan
  • $3,500 – Subsidized Loan

Students attending Central Christian College of Kansas represent a number of diverse and interesting backgrounds, cultures, and expereinces. That is one of the reasons that being a member of this family is so engaging.

In recognition of your unique contribution, Central Christian offers a various levels of targeted grants designed to foster this distinctive expereince.

So, by you just being you – you may already qualify for a grant ranging from $5,000 – $10,000.

Examples of specific populations that have earned top dollar awards include: Transfer Students, International Students, Legacy Students, Private School Graduates, Dual-Credit Students, Homeschool Participants.

The list goes on and on. So, to know whay yu may qualify for, all you need to do is speak with an admissions representative. They can easily determine your award and add it to your financial package.

*Tiger Team awards (Connection Grants) are not stackable with Athletic Awards. 

In addition to other awards, Central Christian College of Kansas provides for further funding by considering your High School or Transfer GPA.

  • 3.75 – 4.00 = $5,500
  • 3.50 – 3.74 =  $5,000
  • 3.00 – 3.49 = $4,000
  • Less than 3.00 = $2,000

The amount of earned aid can increase if your final incoming GPA is higher than the GPA originally used to calculate your award. A transcript is needed to confirm your award.

*Academic awards are not stackable with Athletic Awards. 

Central Christian College of Kansas participates in the NAIA and the NCCAA, which allows us to award aid based on athletic participation. The amount of aid awarded is at the discretion of the coaching staff based on criteria established by athletic policy and the individual sport.

Different departments sponsor specific Participation Grants to students associated with a specific major or campus organization. These grants typically range from $500 – $1,000 and typically require some level of participation or commitment.

Examples include: Music, Choir, Theatre, Business Club, and Education.

To see if you qualify, just be sure to ask your admissions representative.

*Particpation Grants are not stacklable with Athletic Grant & Aid. 

Central Christian College of Kansas supports a number of additional awards, many of which are stackable with other aid awarded, including athletics.

  • Early Bird: Students are eligible to recieve up to $500 each year for being an Early Bird. To be eligible, students must submit all required paperwork before the stated deadline associated with the term of semester.
  • Sibling Grant: If you have an older sibling or twin already attending Central Christian, the family can save an additional 50% discount on a tuition, this can be split however the family wishes.

Outside Grants & Scholarships

There is lots of money out there!

We have seen a majority of outside scholarship aid come from student’s local communities through either high schools, churches, booster clubs, or other businesses and organizations. All of the following organizations are a trusted and reliable resource for students looking for outside aid.

Sure, it takes a little bit of extra lifting, but the results might result is some help you didn’t even realize was there. You may be suprised by what you discover!

Over $5,110,000 was awarded in residential scholarships in the 2017-2018 year.
