IMPORTANT DATES

We are excited to have you join us! One of our unique experiences involves your first moments with us: TURNING TIGER. As you venture through “Turning Tiger” our team will be there to help with any needs and questions you have. Make sure to check out all of our resources below before you come to campus and you will be prepared to TURN TIGER! Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you have regarding the move-in process.

  • $250 Early Bird Scholarship Deadline – May 1
  • Housing Application Opens – May 15
  • Placement Tests are Due – June 1
  • Student Advisors Assigned (they help you sign up for classes) – June 10
  • Application Deadline – June 15
  • First Round of Housing Placements Sent Out – June 17
  • Final Transcripts Due – July 1
  • Online Orientation Class Starts – July 18
  • Fall Athlete Move-in Day – August 7
  • New Student Move-in Day – August 20
  • Returning Student Move-in Day – August 21
Document Checklist
  • Final Official Transcripts: This must be sent directly from your high school to CCCK in a sealed envelope or digitally. This included all places you have taken classes. Transfers, we may need your final high school transcript, be sure to check with your admissions counselor if we need it don’t assume we don’t.
  • ACT/SAT Scores: If you took the ACT, SAT, or CLT test be sure to send your test scores to us. If you weren’t able to take them simply let your admissions counselor know. Submit your documents here.
  • Placement Tests: Will be sent out via Accuplacer. These must be completed in order to be registered for classes.
  • Registration Documents: This is a series of documents that will be sent to you via email.
  • FAFSA: Submit your FAFSA online at StudentAid.org (Links to an external site.)
    • Once your FAFSA has been submitted there may be more documents that will need to be submitted. For a list of the specific documents, you need please contact Lyndsi Romero (Lyndsi.romero@centralchristian.edu.) or your admissions counselor.
      • These documents could include:
        • Verification Forms
        • Tax Transcripts
        • W2’s (Students & Parents)
        • Submit your documents here.
  • Master Promissory Note (MPN): All students utilizing federal loans must fill out the Master Promissory Note which can be found on studentaid.org
  • Entrance Counseling: All students utilizing federal loans must fill out the Entrance Counseling which can be found on studentaid.org
  • Award Letter: Accept or Deny the aid on your award letter, sign, and return your award letter to financial aid. Submit your documents on your student portal.
  • Insurance Card: If you are not buying the school insurance we need a copy of the front and back of your insurance card. Submit your documents here.
  • Immunization Records: Submit a copy of your immunization records. It is required for you to have the MMR and Meningitis immunizations. Hepatitis B is recommended but not required. Submit your documents here.
  • Vehicle Registration Form: This is apart of the Registration Documents. If you have done the registration documents you are good to go.
  • Housing Form: All incoming students are required to fill out the housing form, even if you have been approved to live off-campus.
