Instructor: Chair - Teacher Education
Central Christian College of Kansas seeks a visionary and mission-driven leader to serve as Chair of the Education Department. The individual will provide leadership and oversight for the teacher education program, including curriculum development, accreditation alignment (KSDE, CAEP), faculty supervision, and student mentorship.Staff: Director of Online Education
Central Christian College of Kansas seeks a forward-thinking and service-oriented Director of Online Education to lead the strategic development, delivery, and continuous improvement of the College’s online academic programs. This role oversees instructional design, online faculty support, course quality assurance, and learning management system operations to ensure an excellent, mission-aligned learning experience for adult learners and non-traditional students. The Director will collaborate with academic departments, enrollment services, and IT to support student success and program growth while maintaining compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of online pedagogy, higher education technology, and best practices in digital learning within a Christ-centered academic environment.Graduate Assistant: Baseball
Central Christian College of Kansas is seeking a motivated and team-oriented Graduate Assistant for the Baseball program. This position provides hands-on experience in all facets of collegiate athletics, including practice planning, skill development, scouting, recruiting, game-day operations, and program administration. The Graduate Assistant will work closely with the Head Coach to foster a culture of excellence, discipline, and Christ-centered character development. This position includes tuition remission for graduate studies and may include a housing and/or stipend package. Evening and weekend availability, as well as travel for games and recruiting, is required. Collegiate playing or coaching experience is strongly preferred.Athletics: Assistant Softball Coach
Central Christian College of Kansas is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Softball Coach to support all aspects of the women’s softball program. This position works under the direction of the Head Coach to assist with coaching, recruiting, player development, game preparation, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for mentoring student-athletes, fostering a competitive and Christ-centered team culture, and contributing to the overall mission of the College. The Director of Advancement will travel regularly to engage donors, alumni, and partners, cultivating relationships that strengthen philanthropic support and extend the College’s mission.
